Not sure if I misread the reviews or description but they were supposed to help raise the bed frame and they didn't raise mine. I have a Twin XL frame with a headboard that I bought separately. I also bought an 8 inch foam mattress and after everything was assembled there was a gap between the top of the mattress and the base of the headboard. This worries me a lot, so I looked for bed risers and settled on them. Take bikes off frame and put them on and the difference in frame height is so minimal there was no point in buying these.Unfortunately I'm tired of everything and my guest is coming the next day so I left them on in case you change need the wheels or if you need something for frame stabilizers they are great for that. I like wide bottoms and prefer them over wheels so I'm glad I kept them but wish they were bigger.
