I love the price of this little mop. It feels a bit creaky and not durable, but don't let that fool you. It has many attachments and works well. We have an ultra filtered water faucet, so I use that instead of jugs of distilled water. I love how the years go by so quickly and the tank is enough to steam my fairly large kitchen at once. The cable is a bit short in places, but that can be worked around. I've used it on our toilets (my son rarely hits the bowl) and mostly on bathrooms and floors. I recently used it in my microwave. PROS: Small, compact and a decent tank. Lots of attachments to use. Great for mopping, comes with two mopping pads so you have a spare when one wipes. The jets are pretty easy to use. The grout brush works well but wears out quickly. Next to floor mats, I use the small guide nozzle most often. It's easy enough for my kids to wipe with a mop. CONS: The mop feels a little wobbly. The top cord hook broke off but that's because my kids dropped the mop. The grout brush wears out fairly quickly, the handle and attachments make the whole block long in manual mode and it can be uncomfortable to hold in different positions. The attachment to the mirror is not very successful in my opinion. You also have to hold down the steam button, which causes cramps, especially in manual mode. GENERAL: Great mop/steamer, especially for the price. This is amazing for small jobs/areas. It heats up quickly (25 seconds) and does a great job. It feels cheap at times and there's nowhere to store the cord without a mop handle attached. Still a great machine for the price and great for home use. **UPDATE** I still love this little mop and use it often for more than mopping floors but after 2 months there was a piece in the water tank. weakened and there is no way to access it to reattach and repair. I can still use it and it works the same as it does now. I believe this part is the heating coil in the tank which is rattling inside now. Luckily it's serviceable and still works the same way, but I'm worried about the part rattling there. Still worth the money, the kids love mopping it up too (because it's easy to use) and honestly it's worth the money alone for getting the kids to help the fuck around the house without a fight. So if something rattles in the inner tank, try a mop anyway (careful, I was afraid to put some water into an outlet and then touch it, so I put on thick rubber gloves just in case, and my husband saw it me in case my fuses blew or I got electrocuted yuuuuuu just in case 😄). I know it sounds crazy but I had to see if it could still be used. That. Worth the money and easy to use.
