It is so easy to put together - I put it together in about 5 minutes, very good quality parts and I feel my new baby is safe in this product. It snaps into place really securely and with the way the base/pillow is designed my baby doesn't feel any wrinkles/bends like other bassinets. It was a long wait but it was worth the wait. Especially considering how much this one costs I am very happy with its quality, the cradle has everything I wanted. very difficult to put together (at least 1/2 hour to put the leg on and I need husband's help to take the leg off) and I was worried about its safety because it might collapse on the baby if the sides aren't right be moved. I even sent it back and ordered a second one hoping it would be better, but this one also had a bent leg. similar price.
