Overall I am very dissatisfied with this seat, it works but it doesn't work well. The product dimensions show a width of 23 inches, where is 23 inches? The only place that does this brand justice at all is the slider on the bottom to add a little more balance to the chair. As far as I know, this is mostly a lie. Just to let everyone know that the chair is actually only about 17 inches wide. This is extremely impractical for tall people like me. To even remotely solve the problem I sit on 2 cushions which help me lift myself right over the straps so I hardly ever sit on them. While this works, my legs are still clenched and it's very uncomfortable. I will probably return it. I'm not a big fan of misinformation and would still like to know if 23" is actually that stripe on the bottom so they can make the seat bigger. Seat Area: 17-18" Outer Strap to Outer Strap: 20 5/8" Upgrade: Reverse as expected.
