The card was packaged well and looked good. Installed and recognized by the computer and Windows without problems. So why not 5 stars? The card worked for 2 hours and then stopped working. I couldn't get it to work, uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, nothing. I saw it in device manager but didn't see the video camera which I just put to good use for over an hour. I was going to pick it up and return it but decided to wait until tomorrow morning. The next day the card worked and continues to work. Hopefully it lasts but I'm still a bit nervous about throwing up again. So, after a month, after moving some videos to my computer, I will update and either decrease or increase the star rating. Glad I didn't have to download drivers. Initially it worked right out of the box. The bad thing is that the vacation lasted 12 hours. Hopefully not again.
