Compared to the official Pi POE hat (B07GR9XQJH), this fan is insanely loud. Especially if it just turns on for a second. I thought the following fan settings would help, but it still turns on for short periods of time, making weird, obnoxious noises as it does so. I have 3 of these and they all do the same thing as the "official" PoE board. I would spend the extra federal dollars and buy it. Here are some notes after figuring out how to get fan controller working on Ras 10 with Pi4: add this to /boot/config.txt on RPi4. Adjust the temperatures as yo see fit.dtoverlay=rpi-poedtparam=poe_fan_temp0=59000dtparam=poe_fan_temp0_hyst=2000dtparam=poe_fan_temp1=63000dtparam=poe_fan_temp1=_hyst3000dtparam=poe_fan_temp2=68000dtparam=poe_fan_temp2=_hyst3000dtparam=poe_fan_temp3=72000
