These batteries are the perfect replacement (identical to the original) for the tired batteries that came with our cordless phones. We have multiple phones and each is in a different location in our home (spare BR, living room, main BR, office). They worked fine but the batteries didn't hold a charge. A friend said they may have had a "memory problem" from sitting in their charging pods when not in use. The reminder that they were fully charged may have contributed to reduced talk time when the phones were in use. After replacing the batteries, the phones will work again. These batteries were charged upon arrival, so the phones were ready to go as soon as a new battery was fitted. We're now letting the phone's battery drain until it needs to be recharged to avoid a memory issue. The price of the kit was great compared to buying individual replacement parts at a local store.
