We bought this item from Lowes for less than fifty dollars because we thought Delta was a decent brand and we liked the adjustable arm and rain shower head. However, like many other brands, Delta's quality seems to have deteriorated and this device fell apart after a few months. Cheap plastic interior trim makes repairs impractical. The collapse occurred although the arm was rarely, if ever, adjusted or moved. My wife was nearly injured when a "bell" fell on her while in the shower. Even before the failure we were disappointed with this product as atomization was poor and occasional splashes sent small jets of water in random and unwanted directions. I would definitely not recommend this to any friend.
