Towbar Error: Towing Objects and Winches

I DO NOT recommend this towbar. In September 2020 I was involved in an accident when a minivan failed to stop at a stop sign. I was driving at about 40 mph when I pulled into the intersection. I was driving my Chev 3500 while towing the fifth wheel on a Cyclone 3100. My fifth wheel was attached to my truck with an Andersen Ultimate gooseneck fifth wheel. The clutch was bought two years ago. The minibus driver swerved and hit my truck on the right front wheel. The minivan spun and the rear of the minivan hit the right front fifth wheel. The fifth wheel came off and fell in the bed of the truck and then crashed into the bed of my truck. The hitch ball has come loose from the top of the base. The base of the clutch is bent and deformed. If I had used a regular five-finger clutch, it would not have broken. The effect wasn't that great. Both the truck and the camper were taken out using standard tractors and could of course be taken away if the trailer hitch was intact. I turned it on and lowered the front jacks on the RV to lift it off the truck. Then I pulled the truck out from under the RV so the tow truck could pick them up. If the hitch hadn't failed there would have been no damage to the back of my truck or body, but as such there was damage. The damage left my 2013 truck in near perfect condition (preserved over the winter) and the insurance only listed 38,000 miles as total mileage. I'm so pissed. And to add to the disappointment, Andersen's warranty was voided because he was in an accident. See photos for details. I was lucky that the accident didn't cost me worse and the camper didn't tip over. The cost of repairing the RV was just under $8,000. I bought an Andersen hitch because it is very light and easy to put on and take off. All I can say is buy a normal plug-in coupling.
