Great for foot massage

I've been using a Foot Rubz brand massage ball on my feet for a while and it was getting too painful so I switched to this massage ball and it doesn't hurt at all. I love that it has multiple angles that can be used almost anywhere on the sole of the foot. I use it standing up to better control the pressure I'm applying.
