I bought this splint for my father who has had plantar fasciitis for a while. He says the tire is comfortable and easy to use. My dad said that this strap keeps the foot on the rest of the splint and gives you the foot and ankle position you want. It helped with his plantar on his left foot. My father wears the splint at night and then uses the exercise band and therapy ball during the day. His fasciitis is improving and we hope he makes a full recovery from his condition. Also, my father is very fond of the massage ball, he put it on the floor and rolled her legs for relaxation.
