It's pretty easy to understand and execute but it doesn't chill anything. There was not the slightest change in temperature, not even in the fog stream that rolled ahead of them, not even in the melting ice cubes. I put it in the coolest room of my house on the north side of my building, loaded it with ice cubes, closed the door and window, and let it run for four hours. The room was warmer when I walked in than when I installed it. It was a waste of time, energy and money. Especially money. i give it back Did I say it didn't cool ANYTHING? Nothing.
