I don't usually write detailed product reviews but I had to tell people - if you have any doubts about choosing this product, just BUY IT. Especially if you have ADHD or are thinking of gifting this to someone with ADHD. And for the following reason: I drink very slowly and also constantly on the phone at work. Between them, I started my shift with a cup of delicious coffee, which cooled before I could take a sip. I spent more time without my phone to go downstairs and reheat my coffee for the millionth time only to repeat the process. Great for my daily steps! Not good for my love of coffee. Enter this little guy! There's not much to notice when unpacking, but give it a try. The coffee stays MUCH warmer than other brands. Does it stay the same temperature as right after the pot? no But it's MUCH better than many others I've tried and cheaper than Ember. Perfect for a quick sip between calls or to sip on a break. BUT WAIT! AND THERE'S MORE! After lunch I switch to coke to keep my caffeine high (ADHD, remember?). I can put a can of coke right on a metal plate and it'll go COLD. Like straight out of the machine cold. It's so cold on the rim that a thin layer of FROST forms on the rim! To be honest, the purchase is not difficult. I've been using it every weekday for a month and haven't had any problems. Enjoy!
