Love this product Works great

I had one of these a few years ago. Yes it's plastic and will crack over time and I suspect the dishwasher heat is too hot maybe it has something to do with it cracking so I hand wash. Whether you're preparing sauces in small batches or a lot at once, this sauce grease separator works great.
