positive: good size. Cons: I wanted to love it but couldn't. I don't give negative reviews. If this design is updated I will update my review as well. There are two major design flaws that have kept me from using and loving this massager. 1. The balls at each end of the stick are too big to work on those hard-to-reach spots in the back. It's hard to explain, but they need to be scaled down a bit or they just don't work properly. The ball at the end of hook J should be close to the blade. This means that two small balls on a cane cannot be used to massage the neck. What happens is that at the end of the J-hook, the ball hits your face in the front. Hook J should be much wider.
