I didn't like it at first, but it takes some getting used to. It's not a miracle device, it's just a stiff stick tweaked to reach and put pressure on the rear seats. WOW! This device is amazing! I've read reviews that the balls are too big but I've never used the smaller ones so I have nothing to compare them to. These big ones worked great for me. Also, I wear a large size in women's fashion and the J-hook size fits me very well, although I can see if the person has a larger chest where it would be too small.
