WOW! This device is amazing! I've read reviews that the balls are too big but I've never used the smaller ones so I have nothing to compare them to. These big ones worked great for me. Also, I wear a large size in women's fashion and the J-hook size fits me very well, although I can see if the person has a larger chest where it would be too small. As for the two neck holds, I can't use them due to a previous neck injury, but the frozen muscles in my shoulder moved in a way that hadn't been felt since last October after just a 15 minute massage! Be careful with this, at least at first, until you get used to it. It's easy to apply too much pressure and bruise.
