I have Candida Albicans and I am taking turpentine and sugar for it. The dying Candida must be eliminated from your body on a regular basis through bowel movements, so I bought this enema bag as a backup. So far, I've only used it a few times, as I have been eating vegetables and taking magnesium tablets, and that has made me more regular. Anyway, this is just what I needed. It's good and sturdy. The first time I used it, I was pretty clumsy with it, but now I know what I'm doing. I don't enjoy using it, though. Your bowels cramp up if you release the water too quickly. You really have to lie there and relax. I'm doing mine with sea salt and water. Afterward, it feels pretty good to be cleaned out and your gut is no longer tight. I would definitely recommend this enema bag.
