Great potential/Poor performance

I have had this tripod for about 2 years now. Initially I was very pleased when I used it with my Olympus system as it was a definite improvement over the old tripod. There have been a few shortcomings in the last few months that need to be fixed: 1. The rubber feet can be unscrewed very easily. I have to make sure they are tight when using a tripod so I don't lose them.2. The grippy sleeve on the ball knobs started slipping when I tried to tighten them. So I can't tighten the knobs enough and the ball head slips or rotates by itself. This made the ball head almost useless. It also becomes increasingly difficult to securely attach the plate once the camera is in place.3. I've also started using this tripod with my Nikon D700 with a 70-200mm lens. The ball head cannot support 7-8 pounds of this combination and sags badly under load. I also tried my Sony A7ii at 17-35mm - much lighter load, same problem. Pros: Lightweight, carbon fiber. Cons: The rubber feet at the bottom of the legs don't hold up. The sockets of the ball head control knobs are slipping. The ball head only works with a load of about 3-4 pounds.
