This pre-workout is a new activity for me! It tastes like raspberry fruit punch to me, and it tastes good whether you scoop it dry or mix it with water. I've noticed a good energy boost with cardio workouts more than with weightlifting workouts. I find that some pre-workout powders are better used on cardio days at the gym than weight training, and this seems to have impacted my cardio results. I think this powder releases energy more slowly over a longer period of time, so it didn't help me much on strength training days when I needed extra energy for a shorter time.
