Ideal for practicing serves and spikes
I bought this for my daughter who plays volleyball in high school. Aside from the cable getting in the way at times (which is unavoidable with these types of trainers), it feels useful and works well. My younger kids have put him through some extra football abuse and he seems to be holding up well.
