The item I received is not as described, NEW. There was no packaging on the box, after opening there were no protective plastic covers for the lens on the dual camera itself. The package was also missing 4 pieces, mounting bracket, mounting bracket screw and 3 pin mount. The fourth thing that was missing was a protective case that needs to be attached to the camera to cover the cable slot and SD card slot. Also, I spent a total of about 2 hours trying to get the camera to connect to the app, which should be an easy process, but I never succeeded. From the information I found, this suggests someone else used this. It looks like the item I received was already returned by someone else who either kept the items and accidentally damaged the SD cover, or they kept a new camera and returned theirs. Own packaging. I have asked for a replacement but the box had aftermarket cellophane wrapping and under that cellophane there was a piece of paper and a cleaning cloth which did not come with the product, no big deal but shows some of those bags have been opened and such For my original order, this shows that this seller does not perform quality control on the returned item.
