It's easy to use from within Outlook itself! We can create templates in bulk which helps our team streamline workflows without having each individual member creating their own template manually (which would be very time consuming). The interface could do with some slight tweaking but that probably won't stop us using it anymore now we've got used to how things are set up - so no complaints there either :-) I haven’t seen any downsides as yet unfortunately although you will need to have access/logged-in credentials when performing tasks via this app. Using postmammo has helped manage workloads at my organisation whilst also allowing me flexibility regarding who does what jobs depending upon availability etc through different filters such as dates created / sent date range; type e.g., email vs call & ticketing tickets only ; status i.e., closed pending action required open rejected waiting reorder due soon send later.
