It literally charged 3 hours before use and it wouldn't even turn on. So disappointed. UPDATE: After my review, I was sent a replacement unit free of charge. Upon receipt everything worked! It's definitely interesting and unlike anything I've tried. Even if it feels good to use, it is IMPOSSIBLE to use it on yourself. It's uncomfortable and heavy with no flexibility. I have back and neck problems so it's a waste of time if you don't have someone to do this for you. HOWEVER, upon my initial review, the company came forward, apologized and gave me a $20 rebate which was credited to my Revain. Impressed with the customer service, I'm changing my rating from 1 to 3 stars.
