Perfect fit for my Lexus gx470 at the lowest price. Very quick installation, remove the glove box, a screw and a couple of clips to remove the passenger side floor panel, then the electrical connectors and 3.8mm bolts/screws that hold the fan to the case and the old one is outside. Installation is the reverse of removal. 15 minutes. My old original Lexus/Denso fan assembly lasted 12 years and 220,000 miles before it started making noise. I took it out and tried cleaning, lubricating and servicing it and reinstalling it to no avail. The original is not intended for service. If it lasts half as long, I'll be happy. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the new one makes a very low hum/motor noise that is noticeable at low speed. The original Lexus engine was completely silent until the bearing began to fail. So no 100% Lexus OEM is perfect, but for the Amazon price and top-notch shipping, you can't go wrong. Happy with it. Update: After a few weeks of use, the slight noise at low speeds is gone. Quiet now as an OEM part. 5 Stars. Update for 2.5 years. It has been in the car for 2.5 years and still works without any problems. So I would say just buy it.
