Room Insights is easy, quick intuitive platform for managing bookings
I like that it allows me to see my data as well as all available options within each room option and suite type so i can make an informed decision when booking.
The user interface could be improved upon but this has been addressed since launch by adding more icons/shortcuts which makes navigation much easier than before! This software helps us understand guest preferences (i.e., what rooms they prefer) from day one through completion of their stay or departure date. We are able to look at our overall performance compared against other properties we manage around Australia & New Zealand.
