Didn't work at all! in launchers, chargers and portable power supplies

This device didn't even work in my car! It is designed to work with most if not all vehicles. The input is 12V DC by default and when I plugged it in it didn't work. The green and red lights continued to flicker back and forth, indicating something was wrong. But I've tested every adapter in my car and made sure they all work correctly. Made a lot of mistakes and it still doesn't work.
