Excellent quality! Received free shipping within 6 days of ordering. I thought I would have to wait longer for it to be shipped from China. Mine comes with instructions explaining how to use each part. There's always YouTube if you still don't get it. I have everything as in the picture. Yes they arrived in a large zipped bag but that's ok with me. I'd rather pay a lower price than a higher price for a fancy box. I used a bun sponge and a long clip to make the bun and both work. Faster with a clamp. The smallest size of 3 fits my 4 year old girl well. By the way, I also bought nets for extra security. The spiral pens work like magic. My only complaint is that the ends of the spiral pins are not closed.
