Review on REDECKER Tampico Untreated Beechwood 9 Inches by Richard Cheng

This is a good brush and cleans well. The bristles are strong enough to scrape food off the plate and when they aren't strong enough I use a plate scraper like it's a sponge. My only issue is that one night my husband left the handle in a bowl of water and the wood swelled up and now the metal parts that hold the wooden handle to the metal parts don't fit the wooden handle so I have to keep adjusting it. when washing dishes. I don't have a dishwasher so this brush is my go-to dishwashing pad so it's a bit of a hassle. I'm sure if he hadn't left the brush in standing water we wouldn't have this problem, but I figure it's a dishwashing brush. he gets wet. So I have to order a new one just a few months after buying what I have. So I would recommend this product as it is inherently compostable, doesn't smell like a regular sponge and reduces waste. Just be tired where you leave the brush grip.
