I was glad to find a channel cleaner at this price point. Unfortunately you get what you paid for. Mine took about 1 hour. In fact, he died as soon as I got into the blockade. I will not judge the product directly. Cuts need to be lubricated. Not only was this product missing the grease fittings, but the machining was so sloppy that anything I got into the exposed grease holes quickly ran out. This hour was mainly spent discussing this topic. Then he just stopped clinging to the snake well enough to spin it. Disappointed. Not analyzed. But I'm willing to bet it just boils down to some serious sloppy handling and assembly. I don't recommend this, but you can get one that will last.
