Lots of computer time

I sit at the computer a lot, especially at night. My eyes are very tired and dry. The glasses reduced some of the blue light. But I really got a headache looking through the amber lens. Due to the amber lens, you will not see the true colors on the screen. I have to take them off every now and then to see them.

Pros

Spectrometer test (blue light blocking efficiency): 89% blocking within 500nm, 91% blocking within 490nm, 93% blocking within 480nm, 94% blocking within 470nm, 96% blocking within 460nm, 98% blocking within 450nm, more than 99% blocking within 400-440nm.
