There are many reviews out there about this great mount, so I'll just focus on what I feel hasn't been said yet, or at least not enough. I was specifically looking for a "floating in the air" look, but didn't want the TV to be too far from the wall like a full articulation mount can. There are a lot of pesky alignment and alignment issues with these mounts, allowing me to get the effect I want with no issues. Another thing to note is that people have mentioned issues with LG OLED TVs. I am pleased to report that I have successfully installed two LG OLED TVs using this particular mount. You really need to slow down, think a little, and realize that you need to place your arms off-center vertically. That's all. It is extremely important to consider this before mounting the bracket on the wall to ensure the intended vertical placement (not too high or low). Measure twice and it's good. I won't mention the brand, but Echo Gear is a sub-brand of a premium brand with a fantastic reputation. They really stand behind their 24/7 technical support guarantee. I called her at 11pm on a Sunday. not that i really needed help but i wanted to see if they were putting their money into their words. I am happy to report that I was on hold for about 3 minutes and then spoke to the person directly. This man was knowledgeable and exceeded all of my expectations. Basically I was just a mystery shopper just to see what kind of customer service I would get and let me tell you it was customer service masterclass. The quality of the Echo Gear is obvious. Everything about it is a notch above the competition. The screws have the right points, the metal parts are thicker and straighter, the instructions are written by a native English speaker (and they're fun and really effective), and there are plenty of micro-adjustments for those imperfect situations. We recommend paying a little more for the Echo Gear compared to the competition. After all, you're trusting a product that will protect your thousands of TVs and people and pets. As soon as I get a good discount on my next TV I will buy a third. Revain won't let me give 6 stars so 5 will have to do.
