Amazing customer support; However, RAM/SSD was not as advertised

CONS: (updated once I've finished inspecting the machine and had a good chat with Thermal Take) - I've had parts replaced. The RAM advertised was G. Skill TridentZ DDR4 3200 2x8GB 16GB (RGB). I got the Thermatake RGB version which is very similar in speed/price. Same story with SSD but Firecuda drive instead. - Lots of updates out of the box including flash bios and such - I understand this computer was built a while ago but the bios version I had was 2.2 which isn't even listed on the asrock x570m pro 4 site as supported BIOS is listed Date you received the PC? mmv. oh, and flash the bios if you have 2.2 because who knows what's wrong with that - the RGB controllers have been set to default and therefore not configured properly. A call with a heat sensor fixed it. PROS: - well packaged, looks great, not too loud even with all fans running - it posted/booted right away - the price when I bought it ($1650 in May 2020) was only $70 more than that Components bought separately, which I consider good value for money (even if the parts don't match) considering the warranty. This computer has since gone up $350 on Amazon for me to $1999 - I got all the hardware and extra modular power supply connectors (I saw another review had this issue and it wasn't for me) - great Call the LCGS manager the spa department. I don't know if good customer support is professional. I personally wish I didn't have to talk to anyone. but again he was a great help.
