Excellent computer! I really didn't want to assemble a computer this time, especially during a pandemic. It can be difficult to get all the details. Booked this at a great price and couldn't be happier. The motherboard and case I wanted. Basically satisfied

Very happy with this system. An excellent combination of price, performance and aesthetics. The support team was really helpful (never bought a gaming PC before) and always got back to me within the hour (which is impressive considering it was during the Christmas holidays). Highly recommended.

Product DOES NOT WORK. This computer is NOT equipped with Wi-Fi, so you will need to download the driver to a flash drive from another computer in order to install it on this one. I've never done this before, it's not too much of a problem. BUT this won't work, I tried it and it didn't work. Friends have tried and failed, several computer shops have tried and failed. Overview: The perfect system for what I need to do - play games, maybe work a little. Works fast and cool with no headache. Windows 10 (mine is version 1809) and the drivers are good to go. You can run Windows updates, but no problems with BIOS/driver settings (unless you cause these problems yourself). No bloatware. I think this is the highest quality hardware/software build I've seen coming out of a box with no apple on it. I work in IT and work part time on my home PC. I will recommend these

CONS: (updated once I've finished inspecting the machine and had a good chat with Thermal Take) - I've had parts replaced. The RAM advertised was G. Skill TridentZ DDR4 3200 2x8GB 16GB (RGB). I got the Thermatake RGB version which is very similar in speed/price. Same story with SSD but Firecuda drive instead. - Lots of updates out of the box including flash bios and such - I understand this computer was built a while ago but the bios version I had was 2.2 which isn't even listed on the asrock…

I have mixed feelings about this PC. I figured it was worth paying more to get a good PC without wasting time fixing the random problems that always crop up when you build your own. It didn't quite work, but it's still a good PC. Problems: 1) The PC came without a power cord. Not a big deal since I had spares, but an odd omission. 2) The first thing I saw upon loading was an error popup. Fan controller problem 3) Rear fan lights but does not spin ("Controller 1” error).
