Overview: The perfect system for what I need to do - play games, maybe work a little. Works fast and cool with no headache. Windows 10 (mine is version 1809) and the drivers are good to go. You can run Windows updates, but no problems with BIOS/driver settings (unless you cause these problems yourself). No bloatware. I think this is the highest quality hardware/software build I've seen coming out of a box with no apple on it. I work in IT and work part time on my home PC. I will recommend these premium Thermaltake machines to anyone who wants a well built machine without the headaches. Better than anything I got from OEMs like Dell/HP/etc. I've seen - while these companies aren't generally that terrible anymore, I still can't call them good. I used to build all my cars but now my time is too precious to perfect my own toys which is why I bought this thing as soon as I saw it at Revain. I don't normally write reviews but these guys did a really good job on this car and I appreciate what they did for me. That doesn't usually happen in my life. Details: ____________________________________________________________ This system had all the specs I was looking for - ticked all the boxes, 9600K CPU - water cooled - 16GB RAM, RTX card etc. I think the components are - currently (December 2019) with a good one Value for money. I also like that the Z390 chipset can be later upgraded to an i9700 or i9900 processor if I so choose. The PC came as advertised with the components listed in the product description. It was well packaged - with foam inserts inside the case to prevent components from falling out in transit (you will need to remove them). You should make sure the AIO coolant hoses are not touching the rear fan before you begin. car for the first time. The AIO was impeccable - in perfect condition with no dents or deformed fins on the radiator. The cables inside the PC have been carefully installed by a professional. They used cable ties to loosen cables and neatly tucked excess cables into a compartment under the motherboard tray in front of the power supply. Replacement PSU and MB power/data cables, case screws, antennas, etc. are packed in a very convenient black Thermaltake case. The kit included a second M.2 screw, all necessary case/chassis screws, and an SLI bridge if you ever need a second graphics card. I also received the motherboard driver CD and all the information leaflets for the components in the graphics card's anti-static bubble wrap. 2 free 2.5" bays on the right side. Runs cool - if you want, leave a lot of overclocking for later overclocking. This thing has enough power to play whatever you want smoothly without the need for an overclock at the moment. Even with desktop applications like surfing the web (when I'm really not doing anything on the PC, the temperature drops below 30°C and some fans turn off. With most games, the processor shuts down and doesn't even get hot). than the mid 60s. The GPU can heat up to the low 70C range after a long gaming session, but you don't need to worry. What surprises me is how quiet it runs, even with 4 fans, almost never hearing the slight hum from the fans. I think my Xbox One and PS4 make more noise than this PC. My playroom is much quieter than ever. I love it when a machine is so powerful that it doesn't even load or even run - and that's exactly how this PC works. But I don't have monitors that go beyond 1440p, and I don't care if this machine performs well at mindlessly high resolutions like 4K. I usually play on a 60 inch 1080p TV. Not a huge fan of the RGB lighting on the RAM sticks, although the RGB looks cool overall. The RAM sticks stay lit even in sleep mode and I can see them activated through the glass cover (annoying for people like me). So I usually turn them off, but for the photo I left them white so the inside can be seen better in the attached image. Will edit if my impression changes - but there's just nothing wrong with that. PC - usually I can say something bad - but this PC is reliable in every way.
