Simple and effective.

This tool is perfect for punching a hole in your ID card so you can hang it on a lanyard or other holder. Be careful when choosing where to stamp ID cards with embedded reader chips. I use a very bright flashlight held to the back of the badge and look at the front of the badge. This provides almost an x-ray of what's inside the icon. The little lines running around are the antennae for the chip, so avoid them or the icon may stop working.
