Broke after a few uses
Loved this product and the ability to change heads as needed without throwing everything away. Didn't live up to expectations. The design isn't ergonomic or comfortable to use, but the real problem is that it's completely broken. The piece of metal that connects to the handle has come loose and cannot be safely reinserted. To be clear, this is not a release mechanism, it is the entire wire and cleaning head holder. I would recommend finding a better, more durable option.
