Follow the instructions to plug the remote control into the sockets! I use three sockets with one remote control and really like the added permanent plug feature. Sometimes the power button doesn't work and I have to turn it on manually. I replaced the battery in the remote control and put it back in. If the situation doesn't improve in the next few days, I will most likely return it. I really wanted to like her, but I'm still up in the air.
