Review on Hikenture Skull Cap Helmet Liner: Thermal Winter Cycling Cap with Glasses Holes for Ultimate Comfort and Performance by David Silva

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Road test @ 35 degrees, wind NNW @ 9

I bought a cycling glove + helmet hat combo deal and have now given these a first test with excellent results. I wore them today for a 55 minute ride in 35 degree winds and 9 mph from the NW. Half a minute was north, upwind, and cloudy so the sun wasn't heating. Generally works as advertised. Here are some features. Color - GREAT for gloves for drivers to pick up turn signals and pedestrians to see undulations. The color of the skullcap also matters because it's easier to find in a bunch of gear than the black hat I wear on other occasions. Fit - I'm a 5'10" guy with 185lbs and I usually wear XL with gloves. They fit perfectly. , no complaints. Not bulky at all for warmth. Cropped design so they fold easily for pocket storage The gloves stretch my wrist up so there is no air gap between the gloves and the jacket sleeve - a nice feature.ok Tebet Cap was questionable from the packaging - large and loose. But felt fine under the helmet when riding.Great weight and thickness. Keeps me warm without complaint. So a slightly loose fit suits me. Wind/heat - better than expected. Normally on a 35 degree day like today I get cold fingers, even with big "lobster claw" riding gloves. - TBD Advertised as such and if so a bonus to an already good design Price - Excellent compared to other options I bought them as a set although I believe you can buy them separately if you do only need gloves or a hat. Build quality is TBD, but first feel and test are very positive.
