It does the job. However, there are a few things I don't like. First, it takes forever to brew a cup of coffee. I have to fill the filter several times before I have a full cup. I prefer to pour water, leave and come back to a full cup. Second, I don't like the "feet" on the bottom of the holder. They're too close together to span the rims of some cups and too far apart to fit in others. It's probably a minor thing, but it means I can't use some of my favorite mugs with it. Finally, the plastic is really brittle and I don't think it will last long or fall.
