Impressive and fast 2D reader. It connects very easily via Bluetooth to my Dell desktop computer and the Pixel 5 Android device. However, it only outputs data in one column. The suffix is fixed as CR/LF and cannot be changed on TAB output. So if you're trying to create an Excel spreadsheet, you're out of luck. If you never need this feature, this is a good buy. For us, this is a non-starter. Also, the tiny manual is NOT READABLE without a magnifying glass. I went back to the site, expanded it and read it there. UPDATE 1 Feb 2021 Contacted Tech Support via email and replied at 10:50pm with a series of 6 QR codes that changed the suffix to TAB. Impressed with the tech support. You must specify TAB option codes in the manual. So far the hardware is excellent, very satisfied, better than other mini readers recently launched. The manual is terrible, too small, unreadable. Suggestion: Please offer full size online manual.
