Wires not as thick as advertised by seller, approx. 22AWG instead of 18AWG. This isn't enough to power higher performance GPUs, and you'll experience occasional OS crashes and reboots that occur from time to time. The wires get hot, but thankfully they don't burn when FireWire is on. The pop-up from the connectors easily creates a bad connection when connected to the GPU connectors. I wish I knew the facts sooner as I have used these cables on a remote work computer that was experiencing random reboots. Stay away and spend a few bucks on better cables.
