I have ordered this product several times and it has worked great. My last 2 boxes and my girlfriends order all the whitener sticks to the plastic when peeled off. I thought the first box was just an accident and maybe overheated in my mailbox, but the same thing happened with the next order. I opened it after the return window, otherwise I would have sent it back. I'm not sure if they do anything differently, but it doesn't work anymore.
