Review on Yellow Chinese Healthy Exercise Massage by Misty Good

I received them at my work address and they arrived in perfect condition. The box was different from the picture, with a tiny metal clasp instead. However, the balls were exactly the same as in the picture and seemed to fit perfectly. The stone is of very good quality and hard. They're strong too, as one of my colleagues dropped one of the rugs on the floor, but they didn't mind the fall. I use them sitting and standing. I would say they are better suited to larger hands but I find the more you practice the better you get at controlling different hand sizes. My arms feel stronger after playing with it for a while, you can feel the increased blood flow. I've done a variety of martial arts and they're great for strengthening fingers and hands without impact. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
