Love these lights so much that I bought another set. They come on just after dark and are going past midnight. The solar panel works great and I am in New England so not all sunny days and they still lit up. The strands are not super long but they still looked beautiful in my front tree.envy of the neighborhood for sure!

I ordered these with low expectations boy was I surprised! These are amazing. The light output is very bright. The cord is very long from the solar panel so I was able to easily hang these up in the front entryway of my home that's 12 feet high. The lights are still going strong at 530am. They are very nice when lit. They just don’t hold a charge for very long. If you only need them got an hour they are great, anything longer and they suck. I bought these to replace the plug in Christmas lights I put up on my house every year, but noe I have to either try to get the old ones working or spend more on new plug in lights. Got these today, hung them and charged them. They really look good. Can be seen from a distance. Behind them are a set of curtain lights I ordered a couple of weeks ago and these are in a Japanese Lilac tree in front of the patio. These look real good. I will have to order two more sets to fill the tree. The other sets that I ordered with this one are going to be gifts.

I enjoy using solar lights during the Christmas season. These lights are great! They turn on once it is dusk.and stay on until dawn (around 6am the next day!). The 'teardrop' effect is great! No complaints at this time.

While it is pretty to look at - I'm really disappointed in the battery life. It is in my window facing sunlight all day and then 3 hours after sunset - it's dead. I thought maybe it wasn't getting enough sun, but it's getting plenty. Maybe mines defective? I don't know, but it's not worth the hassle of returning it. This does not reflect on the seller - they shipped quickly, but the review is on the item itself.

These seem to work great, I also liked how long the wire is from the solar panel because I was able to hang the lights from the overhang while sticking the solar panel into a bush so it's in a good sunny spot. However, I ordered multi-color and got sent red white and blue ones. And it seems like they placed the wrong sticker over the original sticker on the box. Picture is not the best. I like them a lot, wish there were more on the string. They come on about 7:30 pm and go off about 5:30 am. It has not rain here in months so not sure about the water proof. I would buy these again.

This was by far the best light set I have bought. Easy to hang with gutter hooks, easy to set up solar panel. Came on like clockwork at dusk and stay on all night until dawn. I bought these thinking they could go around the lower limbs of the 5 trees in my front yard. I got them 2 days ago and didn't have time to put them up so I laid them in the yard so they would charge. I got home from work yesterday and checked them., all good. Loved the look and the multi color, but the strings were so close that it only covered about 6 ft by the time we attached to the trees. Two sets didn't provide nearly any coverage. Picture must have about 8 sets to get that much lighting and spacing!

These lights look great and hold up well to outdoor weather but the internal construction isn’t sturdy or made well. This is my third set that had the wires disconnect under the hard plastic power connector.

I should have ordered more, I only ordered one set and it just looks sad with 8 lights. 3 more sets would look much better.Super easy to use. Tip tied the solar panel to a branch that faces that received sun most of the day and strung up the lights. Turned the switch to on and they work fabulous! They don't always sray in all night (sun dependent during the day) and will probably have to remount the solar panel in the summer, but overall I'm very happy with these lights!

I ordered a pack of lights that are multi-colored, then about a week later placed an order for a second pack. To start, the product is mostly wire, so I didn’t have mostly lights to hang on my house. Got these for our front yard which is too far from the house for plugged in lights. Initially had some trouble getting them to work. Set them up, pushed the button, and got nothing come the nighttime. Wasn't sure if it was an issue with the lights themselves or too little sunlight. Unscrewed the solar stake with a notion of replacing the AA battery and realized I just hadn't been pushing the button far in enough, which makes a very noticeable click when correctly done. I love these lights. They are bright and here in July they last all night long. They are beautiful. The only problem is that the tube at the end of the string does not light. If I hadn't installed first I would have returned but since they were already up it isn't worth the hassle. Still, just four stars because of the one tube that doesn't work.

Given the weather in Michigan during the winter months (when this product would be used), the solar panel it comes with just does not draw enough energy to keep the lights going for more than a couple of hours. They come on around 6PM and 8PM they are done. Would not recommend unless you live in a sunny area.
