This printer has been a real challenge since it came out of the box! Until recently I hardly used it due to the Covid-19 lockdown, but I came into my office the other day and found the printer kept printing confirmation pages. As far as I can tell, about every few minutes. It cost a ream of paper and an incredible amount of very expensive toner! I can't find help anywhere and have spent hours of valuable time trying to fix the problem myself. Needless to say, this printer is going to the printer graveyard in the back room and I won't be buying another Xerox! Pure waste of time and money!
