I bought 2 of these workstations almost a year apart and both had fuser errors. The first printer worked perfectly until the second toner was replaced (all toners were purchased from Amazon and are genuine). Problems with this device right out of the box. It took me about 6 hours to finally get this printer to print from my desktop directly on the same network. Printing from Android (phone or tablet) or Google Cloud Print caused the print to restart (permanently) several times until I simply unplugged the printer. I've tried about 6 different times. Update: After finding out they couldn't reset their password they had to send me a new printer. Luckily it was new and not renovated. that's no problem again and now everything is set up. However, no scanning software is provided, so you'll have to pay to get one or find one online for free. This is a 'smarter' version of the 3335 and has received very good reviews. This can do duplex scanning, while the 3335 can only scan one side at a time. This MFP replaced a Canon MFP whose fuser failed within a year of purchase.
