Update: After finding out they couldn't reset their password they had to send me a new printer. Luckily it was new and not renovated. that's no problem again and now everything is set up. However, no scanning software is provided, so you'll have to pay to get one or find one online for free. Works well but I wish they had provided this kind of information beforehand so you could make a decision before you buy. Comments on first experience: I thought Xerox was a great product, but doesn't immediately install the scanner software, so it's a boat anchor! There is no tech support on the east coast. how to install it. Logged into the printer with an IP address in the browser but would like an admin username and password. Never given or asked for, so what?! I can't do anything without Xerox, and I'm a high-end computer user with a bit of programming and coding under my belt. I even set up computers. Absolutely outraged at that moment! The website is just crap to look for help! Unbelievable! Anyone should be able to install their crap without any special skills or help! Mad as hell now!
