Great printer. We've had HP and Dell printers in the past, but this device is a step above them. This is a multifunctional device; We often use the scan, copy and print functions. It can also send faxes, but this is currently an outdated technology. We haven't had any paper jams yet. The printer interface and the remote software interface are thoughtful and feature-rich. I love it when Xerox licenses its software to other printer manufacturers and makes it the industry standard. The print quality is stable and high, while using very little ink. repeat buyers.
