They responded quickly (they obviously read reviews, I mean they commented mine here) and quickly refunded the money. Really, I can't ask for more. ORIGINAL PRODUCT REVIEW (3 Stars) After purchasing the iPhone 12 Pro Max I wanted to get a new car mount for this monster phone. Decided to try this because the price is reasonable. The phone stand itself works pretty well, although phone release is a bit slower than I was hoping, but no major issues here. Fitting a vent with a phone that big requires some fiddling to ensure the phone actually stays on the vent. The clip is held in place and what I first thought was an extra clip on the bottom of the mount is actually what they call a balancer (or something like that) to help balance. The problem is if you have very small hands/fingers it is very difficult to adjust this leg with the mount attached to the vent. There just isn't a lot of room to go back in there and adjust your foot, so you'll have to struggle with the venting to get it snug. It seemed to fit ok after adjustment, but I'll have to evaluate more when driving on bumpy roads to see if it will eventually come loose on its own. Can't say much about the suction cup as I only tried it briefly, but after repositioning it a few times it came loose and I caught my phone + the mount fell off my dashboard. I really don't want to put a sticky round pad on the dash that the mount attaches to, so I don't see myself using it all that often.
